Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Single-level layout with soaring ceilings and an open living/kitchen area that brings the whole group together. The king bedroom feels like a hotel suite. A queen bedroom handles the second couple or parents. A twin bedroom is perfect for kids or the crew. A queen air mattress handles guests 7 and 8. PETS: Dogs are welcome. Every pet must be declared before booking and the $75 per pet fee applies to each pet, no exceptions. Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture. Pet hair on beds or furniture is a $75 extra cleaning charge. Stained or damaged bedding or furniture is a $150 charge per item. Undeclared pets are charged the pet fee after the stay. Please clean up after your dog in the yard and do not leave dogs unattended or barking. Service animals are always welcome. SMOKING: No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or garage. Any sign of smoke inside is a $250 cleaning charge. SECURITY CAMERAS: two outdoor cameras, one at the front of the home and one at the back. They record outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
